  • Build low- to high-fidelity prototypes in Mural & Figma

  • Conduct moderated usability tests to validate key interaction patterns and flows.

  • Synthesize findings from qualitative testing into JIRA tickets

  • Rapidly iterate prototypes based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and QA.

  • Apply heuristic evaluation and task analysis with Pendo to uncover friction and usability issues.
